Cancellations:
5 + nights booking: 60 days. NO charge / full refund if cancelled at least 60 days in advance.
If cancelled less than 30/60 days in advance , as applicable, responsible for full amount, however, we will be happy to refund any days that can be rebooked to someone else.
Additional Policies:
No smoking inside house or on lanai
No House Parties or bringing in of additional furniture, chairs, tables, barbeque etc.
No bicycles in house or on lanai.
In respect to our neighbors and our quiet community, no loud noises outside after 8PM,
inside after 9PM, and no life or boom box music at any time.
No outside visitors / non-registered guests without pre-approval.

This rental is conveniently located right in Volcano Village a very short drive to the entrance of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Volcano Village is 26 miles from Hilo ( about 1/2 hour drive ), and 97 miles from Kona ( about 2 - 2 1/2 hour drive ).
